白细胞介素6与子宫内膜癌侵袭和转移的相关性分析

目的:探讨白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)与子宫内膜癌侵袭和转移的相关性。方法:收集2014年3月—2016年10月经手术治疗的78例子宫内膜癌患者的肿瘤组织标本,同时收集42例子宫良性疾病、行子宫切除术患者的正常子宫内膜组织标本及26例不典型增生的子宫内膜组织标本。采用免疫组织化学法检测各组织中IL-6表达水平。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中IL-6的表达水平明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(P0.01)。IL-6表达与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润和淋巴结转移存在等级相关性(Spearman等级相关系数分别为0.589、0.655,P0.05),而与肿瘤分级等临床参数无相关性。结论:IL-6高表达与子宫内膜癌的侵袭和转移具有一定的相关性,是子宫内膜癌发展的一个监测指标及治疗靶点。

Relevance of interleukin-6 with invasion and metastasis of endometrial cancer

Objective: The incidence of endometrial cancer is high in recent years, but the mechanism of invasion and metastasis is still unknown. This paper aims to explore the relevance of IL-6 in the invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: 78 specimens of patients of endometrial carcinoma were collected in surgical treatment, at the same time we collected normal endometrial specimens. Using immunohistochemical methods, we detected the expression of IL-6 in endometrial cancer and normal tissues. Results: The expression of IL-6 in 86 patients with endometrial carcinoma was positively correlated with the myometrial invasion and lymphnode metastasis, the rank correlation coefficient was 0.589 and 0.655 respectively, but not correlated with the tumor grade and other clinical patrmeter. Conclusion: IL-6 has the positive relativity with the invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma, and could be used as a monitor index and therapeutic target of endometrial carcinoma.
