| 摘 要： | 1例确诊胃肠间质瘤的患者，口服甲磺酸伊马替尼(400 mg?d-1 ) 30天左右出现咳嗽咳痰，胸部CT提示间质性肺病表现，考虑为伊马替尼所致间质性肺病，停药及口服糖皮质激素治疗，病情缓解。

| Abstract: | A patient was diagnosed with Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor and took Imatinib Mesylate 400 mg?d-1 orally for therapy. Thirty days later, he had cough and expectoration. Chest CT examination revealed Interstitial Lung Diseases. Imatinib Mesylate was discontinued and patients were treated with corticosteroids . Interstitial Lung Diseases improved. |
