摘    要:探讨疏肝理肺方药对束缚应激条件下哮喘大鼠血浆皮质酮和海马GRmRNA表达的影响。以卵蛋白加束缚刺激复制应激条件下哮喘大鼠模型,采用原位杂交和放射免疫分析法检测海马GRmRNA表达和血浆皮质酮。结果:束缚应激条件下,哮喘大鼠血浆皮质酮水平明显升高,海马GRmRNA表达减少,采用疏肝理肺方治疗后,皮质酮水平明显降低,GRmRNA表达明显升高。结论:疏肝理肺方能明显抑制应激条件下哮喘大鼠血浆皮质酮分泌、增加其海马GRmRNA表达。

Abstract:To study the effects of liver-discharging and lung-regulating herbs on plasma corticosterone and glucocorticoid receptor mRNA (GRmRNA) expression in hippocampus of the experimental asthma rats under restraint stress, rats were given ovalbumin and restraint stress to establish asthma model; radioimmunoassay and in situ hybridization were used to detect plasma corticosterone and GR mRNA expression in hippocampus. Results: Under restraint, plasma corcicosterone increased and GRmRNA expression decreased; after treatment of liver-discharging and lung-regulating herbs, plasma corticosterone decreased obviously and GR mRNA expression increased remarkably. It is concluded that this therapy can reduce the secretion of plasma corticosterone and up-regulate GRmRNA expression in asthma rats.
