旋毛虫感染大鼠血清中IgE水平的动态观察

【目的】观察感染旋毛虫大鼠IgE水平的动态变化 ,探讨IgE在大鼠旋毛虫感染急性期免疫机理中所起的作用。【方法】采用双抗体夹心ELISA法 ,分别检测感染旋毛虫后 7、 14、 2 1、 2 8、 35、 6 0d大鼠外周血中总IgE水平 ,同时用间接ELISA法测定特异性IgE ,并做了特异性肥大细胞脱颗粒实验。【结果】实验组较对照组总IgE水平增高 ,在 14、 2 1d达到高峰 (P <0 0 5 ) ,第 3w后呈逐渐下降 ;特异性IgE在 14和 2 1d组与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,阳性率达 88 9%。实验组特异性肥大细胞脱颗粒实验与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,阳性率达 6 6 7%。【结论】血清中IgE抗体参与了旋毛虫急性期的免疫 ,主要作用为快速排出肠道内的旋毛虫脱囊幼虫 ,并可致敏肥大细胞 ,使其在旋毛虫幼虫抗原的作用下发生脱颗粒 ,故说明IgE是大鼠旋毛虫感染急性期重要的抗体。

The dynamic observation on IgE of rat infected with Trichinella spiralis

The of dynamic changes of IgE in the rat infected with Trichinella spiralis were observed,to study the action of IgE on the rat infected with Trichinella spiralis in the acute phase.The total and specific IgE were examined on 7,14,21,28,35,60 days after rat infected with T-spiral by means of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the test of peculiar mastocyte degranulation wsa made in the rat with Trichinella spiralis.In experiment group,the total IgE was the obvious on the 14th and 21th days comparing with nomal group(P<0.05),the level of the total IgE begin to drop after three weeks.The specific IgE was obvious differ form normal group on the 14th and 21th days, the rate of positive was 88.9%(P<0.01).In experiment group of mastocyte degranulation test was obvious differ form the normal group, positive rate was 66.7%(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The specific IgE participate in the rat infected with Trichinella spiralis, The important action was sweep away the larva of Trichinella spiralis and made the mastocyte to degranulate.So IgE is important antibody in the acute phase.
