江西省护理人力资源配置现状及对策研究

摘    要:目的了解及分析江西省护理人力资源状况,为合理配置和开发护理人力资源提供实证依据。方法采用问卷调查及我省卫生厅信息科提供的数据,对全省各级各类医疗卫生机构进行资料收集。结果江西省2007年每千人口有注册护士0.97人,医护比为1:0.82,床护比为1:0.45。学历情况:中专及中专以下学历占39.98%~66.58%,大专以上学历占33.42%~60.02%;基层医院以中专为主体,占66.58%,等级越高的医院本科学历人员越多。职称情况:三级甲等医院高、中、初级职称之比为1:4.6:5.4,三级乙等医院则为1:15.8:21.3,二级甲等医院则为1:42.9:50.4。年龄情况:25~45岁为主体,占55.58%~66.99%。结论江西省千人口护理人员数低于全国平均水平,医护比例结构有待改善,高学历高学位人才紧缺,聘用制护士的准入管理有待规范。

Abstract:Objective To understand and analyze the situation of nursing manpower resources in Jiangxi province and provide empirical evidence for appropriate allocation and exploitation of nursing manpower resources. Methods Data from all levels and species of medical&health organizations in the province were collected by questionnaire and provided by information office of department of public health of jiangxi province. Results In 2007,there were 0.97 registered nurses per thousand people. The ratio of medical staff and nurse and the ratio of ward bed and nurse were 1:0.82 and 1 - 0. 45, respectively. Academic situations indicated that the vocational education level of technical secondary school background or below and junior college education and higher education were 39.98%-66.58% and 33.42%-60.02% ,respectively. The nurses of technical secondary school background were the mainly from primary hospitals(66.58%). The undergraduate nurses were more common in higher level hospitals. The professional title situations indicated that the ratio of high,middle,primary level in the third grade level A hospitals,third grade level B hospitals and second grade level A hospitals were 1.4.6.5.4,1.15.8.21.3 and 1.42.9.50.4, respectively. Age situations showed that the nurses elderly 25-45 years were in the majority (55.58% to 66.99%). Conclusions The nurse number in every thousand people is lower than the national average. The ratio of medical staff and nurse should be improved. The nurse with high education and degree is lack and the admission management of the employment nurse should be standardized.
