| Abstract: | The particular management is the foundation to ensure the safety of nursing, the approach to improve nursing quality, the root to build harmony doctor--patient relationship and the key to set up good nursing example. The paper summarized and analyzed the experience in strengthening the details management in paediatric nursing management, aimed to provide reference for particular management in paediatric nursing management. |
