| 摘 要： | 围绝经期抑郁是一种首次发生于围绝经期的情感障碍性疾病 ,表现为焦虑、烦躁和压抑。近几年越来越多的学者开始重视围绝经期抑郁 ,已有的研究认为绝经前后体内性激素的变化与这种抑郁的发生有一定的相关性。现有的研究表明性激素对脑功能有显著的调节作用 ,而且性激素的变化和神经递质相互作用 ,也与围绝经期及绝经后抑郁的发生相关

| Abstract: | Perimenopausal depression is a kind of mood disorder which initially occurs during perimenopause, and is characterized by anxiety, dysphoria and repression. In recent years, more and more scholars began to pay attention to perimenopausal depression. From formerly conducted studies, it was considered that the changes in sex hormones before and after menopause is correlated with this kind of depression. The existing studies suggested that sex hormones exert a significant modulation for brain function, what's more, the interaction of changes in sex hormones with the neurotransmitters, is also associated with occurrences of perimenopausal and postmenopausal depression. |
