颅内大体积病变的X-刀治疗

目的:探讨颅内大体积病变X-刀治疗经验。方法:总结36例直径大于4cm的颅内肿瘤、血管畸形的X-刀治疗近期疗效。结果:病变有效控制率95％,临床有效率65.38％,行X-刀术后脑水肿发生率和严重程度较高。结论:X-刀对大体积病变治疗效果确切,能在特定情况下使用。正确掌握治疗适应症、精心设计治疗方案、合理使用低剂量多分次治疗,是治疗成功的保证。

X-Knife Treatment for Intracranial Lesion with Large Volume

Objective: To study the expriences of X-Knife treatment for the intracranial lesionswith large volume. Methods: The short-term effects of X-Knife treatment, in 36 cases of intracranialneoplasms and vascular malformations with the diameter more than 4 cm, were summerized. Results:The efficiency of lesion control was 95%, the clinical efficiency was 65.38%. But there was highincidence of cerebral edema, which was often severe, after the X-Knife treatment. Conclusions: X -Knife treatment could get good therapeutic effects for the larger lesions, if it was applied in specialconditions. Mastering the treatment indication, project and the treatment dosage with great care, andapplied properly the factional lower single-dose treatment, were the assurance of successful treatment.
