分光光度法测定不同产地款冬花的总黄酮含量

摘    要:目的:建立款冬花中黄酮类化合物的提取方法和含量测定方法,并比较10个不同产地款冬花中总黄酮的含量。方法:以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色剂,在520 nm处测定款冬花中总黄酮的含量。结果:在7.8~46.8 mg/L范围内,吸光度与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.04%(RSD=1.00%),不同产地款冬花总黄酮含量为4.2%~8.0%。结论:不同产地款冬花药材中黄酮类化合物含量存在较大差异。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a method for determination of flavonoids in Tussilago farfara from different areas.Methods: The flavonoids in Tussilago farfara were determined by spectrophotometry at 520 nm.Rutin was used as standard for comparison.The color reagent was a mixture of NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH solution.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 7.8~46.8 mg/L(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 98.04%(RSD = 1.00%).The contents of flavonoids in Tussilago farfara from different areas were 4.2%~8.0%.Conclusions: The yields of flavonoids in Tussilago farfara from different areas are different.
