肺结核合并肺癌89例对照分析

目的：探讨肺结核合并肺癌与肺结核之间的临床特征、诊疗手段及二者可能的关系。方法：收集本院近5年来住院病人确诊为肺结核合并肺癌89例，与同期、同数目、同类型的肺结核进行对比分析。结果：肺结核并肺癌组(TB ca组)与肺结核(TB对照组)比较：在发病年龄、性别、病史主要症状、吸烟史及影像学均有统计学意义。结论：肺结核合并肺癌与肺结核相比较有其特征性，对迁延不愈的老年人肺结核患者、且有致癌因素存在时，应警惕合并肺癌的可能。

Contrast and analysis of 89 cases suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer

Objective: To determine the clinic characteristics and therapy of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis as well as their possible relations. Methods: To gather 89 cases of the recent 5 years who were diagnoses to be pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer in our hospital, and to compare and analyze the cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in terms of the same period, number, and type. Results: Contrast between the group of pulmonary tuberculosis: there are significances of statistics to the disease-attacking age, sex, medical history, cardinal symptom, smoking history and iconography. Conclusion: Pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer has its own characteristics comparing with pulmonary tuberculosis. The old men with protracted out for the possibility of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer.
