摘    要:目的:应用重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2(rhBMP-2)结合纳米晶胶原基骨材料(nHAC)行跟骨骨折切开复位治疗时做骨塌陷缺损时填充材料,并观察其植骨治疗效果。方法:选择2008-07-2010-1119例(21足)跟骨骨折患者,均采用跟骨外侧"L"型切口,切开复位异型钢板内固定,骨缺损处植入rhBMP-2加nHAC的混合物。结果:术后随访7~17个月,根据Maryland评分,优5足,良13足,可2足,差1足,优良率85.7%。结论:rh-BMP-2结合nHAC治疗跟骨骨折是一种比较理想骨缺损填充材料。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinic effect of the recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) mixed with nano-hydroxyapatite collagen (nHAC) to treat calcaneal fractures. Method: From July 2008 to November 2010, 19 patients (21 feets) with calcaneal fractures were treated by calcaneal reconstruction titanium plate assist with rhBMP-2 and nHAC. Result:All cases were followed 10 months, judge by Maryland, excel- lent 5 cases, good 13 cases, the good-excellent rate was 85.7%. Conclusion:rhBMP-2 mix with nHAC to treat eal- caneal fractures is a ideal therapy method.
