萍乡市托幼机构膳食调查分析

目的:了解萍乡市城区集体所办幼儿园儿童膳食现状,制订改进措施,以期改善儿童营养状况,达到平衡膳食. 方法:采用称重法,时间于2005年5月份内,每个单位调查5天,共调查4个单位:市实验幼儿园、市保育院、市二保育院、市商业局保育院.按电脑程序统一表格,由电脑分析报告. 结果:4个单位的膳食均为I级. 结论:热能及蛋白质摄入均超标,热能摄入平均为115.6%,蛋白质摄入量平均为128.6%.长期热能过高易导致儿童肥胖,蛋白质超量则出现大便干燥,其代谢产物会加重肾脏负担.钙摄入量严重不足,平均为50.9%,应补充钙剂及含钙丰富的食物.

KINDERGARTEN FOOD AND DIET INVESTIGATION IN PINGXIANG CITY

OBJECTIVE:To learn about the food and diet of the children in the kindergarten in the city of Pingxiang,and make an improving effort children's nutrition and balancing children's diet and food.METHODS:During the month of May,2004,four kindergartens and nursery schools including the City Experiment Kindergarten,the City Nursery School and the Second Nursery School have been surveyed.We have made computer programs form and a survey report about this.RESULT:The food and diet degree is the first class for the four units.CONCLUSION:The calories and the protein are both over standard level.The average calories is 115.6% and average protein is 128.6%.This is easy to result in the children's fatness and overburden the kidney.The intaking of calcium is seriously insufficient,with an average is 50.99%.So the children must take in more food which is rich in calcium.
