| 摘 要： | 目的探讨祛瘀生肌法在创面修复早、中期对实验性创面新生肉芽组织中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原和胶原金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)mRNA表达的影响。方法采用Northem blot杂交法对大鼠创面肉芽组织中MMP- 1和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA在创面修复早期和中期表达进行检测。结果创面修复初期(3天)和中期(10天)对比,生肌化瘀组MMP-1的mRNA表达明显降低；Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA表达无明显变化。模型组MMP-1的mRNA表达无明显变化；Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA表达明显下降。结论祛瘀生肌法对实验性创面新生肉芽组织中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原和MMP-1 mRNA表达的影响是其促进创面修复的机理之一。
