围绝经期妇女子宫良性疾病子宫切除术同时切除双侧输卵管的临床应用

目的：研究围绝经期妇女子宫良性疾病行子宫切除术同时行双侧输卵管切除对卵巢功能的影响。方法：选取2008—01～2011—12在我院因子宫良性疾病行子宫切除患者98例，根据是否同时行双侧输卵管切除术分为观察组（50例）和对照组（48例），分析比较两组术后3、6、12月血清性激素、盆腔包块、围绝经期症状的变化情况。结果：术后3～12月，患者卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）水平呈升高趋势，雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）水平则呈下降趋势；术后3、12月，两组血清性激素水平无显著差异（P〉0．05），术后6月观察组FSH、LH显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），E2、P显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组B超盆腔包块发生率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；术后围绝经期症状发生率无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：子宫良性疾病行子宫切除术同时切除双侧输卵管可显著降低盆腔包块的发生率，同时对卵巢功能影响轻微。

Treatment of benign uterine diseases in perimenopausal women with hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy

Objective：To investigate the effect of hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy on the ovarian func- tion in perimenopausal patients with benign uterine diseases. Methods： Ninety - eight patients performed hysterecto- my for the treatment of benign uterine diseases in our hospital from Jan 2008 to Dec 2011 were divided into observa- tion group （ n = 50） and control group （ n = 48 ） based on whether bilateral salpingectomy was performed simultane- ously. The changes of sex hormone levels, pelvic mass and postmenopausal symptoms were analyzed after 3, 6 and 12 months. Results：The FSH and LH levels in all patients were increased, while E2 and P levels were reduced af- ter operations. There was no significant difference in sex hormone levels between the two groups. The incidence of pelvic mass in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. No difference was found between the two groups for the postmeno pingectomy could significantly reduce the incidence pausal symptoms. Conclusion： Hysterectomy and bilateral sal- of pelvic mass, and have minimal impact on ovarian function
