| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨短P-R间期综合征的原因。方法：对15例短P-R间期综合征的患者，进行食管心房调搏（TEAP）检查，然后对检查结果及参数对比分析。结果：房室结双径路（DAVNP）检出率66.67%（10/15），L-G-L综合征检出率26.67%(4/15)，潜在性预激综合征检出率6.67%（1/15）。结论：短P-R间期综合征最多见原因是房室结双径路，其次是L-G-L综合征。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes of short P R interval syndrome.Methods 15 patients of short P R interval syndrome were tested with transesophageal atrial pacing (TEAP),and then the results and the parameters of TEAP were analyzed.Results The detection rates of dual atrioventricular nodal pathways(DAVNP),L G L syndrome and latent preexcitation syndrome were 66.67%(10/15),26.67%(4/15)and 6.67%(1/15)respectively.Conclusion The most common causes of short P R interval syndrome are DAVNP and the L G L syndrome |
