应用经皮复位钢丝内固定术治疗胫骨踝间隆突撕脱骨折

运用自行设计的定位钻孔器，从胫骨上端向膝关节腔钻孔，在Ｘ线透视下，经皮复位铜丝内固定治疗胫骨髁间隆突撕脱骨折９例，均达解剖复位。１年后随访６例，５例关节功能正常，１例时有膝痛，偶有膝交锁。观察认为该法不但能避免手术对关节周围软组织、关节囊再损伤及所造成的关节粘连、瘢痕形成等副作用，而且操作方便，固定可靠。

The treatment of avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar tubercle by percutaneous reduction and wire internal fixation

We treated 9 cases of avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar tubercle by percutaneous reduction and wire internal fixation, and obtained the anatomical reduction in all the cases. The operation was performed through drilling from the upper tibial end to the knee cavity with a self-designed local drill under X-ray fluoroscopy. Of 6 cases followed up one year later , 5 obtained the normal joint function and one had occasional pain and interlocking of the knee. This method could not only avoid the surgical complications, such as reinjury to the capsule and periarticular soft tissues, articular adhesion ,scar formation , etc , but also have convenient operation and relieble fixation.
