| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步总结湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗下肢缺血性慢性溃疡临床疗效，为推广普及提供依据。方法：对2002年10月～2004年12月我院47例73处不同深度、部位、病因的下肢缺血性慢性溃疡全程应用MEBO治疗，其中配合手术治疗7例。结果：47例病人，治愈39例，治愈率82．9％，好转3例，占6．38％，平均治愈天数为49天。结论：MEBO治疗各种原因所致的下肢缺血性慢性溃疡疗效显著、疗程短、方法简易，值得推广普及。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the experience with MEBO in treating chronic ischemic ulcers in lower limb in order to provide theoretical basis for its application. Method: 47 patients with lower limb chronic ischemic ulcers resulted from different causes, mvolving 73 ulcerated wounds of different depth and in different positions were treated in the whole course with MEBO. Among them, 7 cases were subject- ed to surgical operation. Result: 39 out of the 47 patients were cured. The curative rate was 82.9%. 3 cases turned better accounted for 6.38%. The average wound healing time was 49 days. Conclusion: MEBO is markedly efficacious in treating lower limb chronic ischemic ul- cers resulted from different causes. The treating course is short. MEBO is easy and simple to apply and is worthy to be popularized. |
