2004—2009年北京市怀柔区法定传染病流行趋势

目的分析北京市怀柔区2004—2009年法定传染病的发病趋势,为制定传染病防控工作策略提供科学依据。方法对怀柔区2004—2009年甲、乙、丙类传染病疫情报告资料进行统计分析。结果怀柔区2004—2009年甲、乙、丙类传染病总发病数12 192例,年平均发病率582.73/10万,报告的主要传染病为其他感染性腹泻病、细菌性痢疾、手足口病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核。结论重点加强辖区内常见高发传染病防控的同时,密切关注新发传染病的发病趋势,加大防控力度。

Epidemic Trend of Notifiable Diseases in Huairou District of Beijing from 2004 to 2009

Objective]To analyze the epidemic trend of notifiable diseases in Huairou district of Beijing from 2004 to 2009,provide the scientific basis for making strategies of infectious diseases prevention and control.Methods]The data of epidemic situation report of Class A,B and C infectious diseases in Huairou district from 2004 to 2009 were analyzed statistically.Results]12192 cases of Class A,B and C infectious diseases were reported in Huairou district from 2004 to 2009,and the average annual incidence rate was 582.73/100 000.The main reported infectious diseases were other infectious diarrhea,bacillary dysentery,hand-foot-mouth disease,viral hepatitis and tuberculosis.Conclusion]The prevention and control of common infectious diseases with high incidence rate in this district should be strengthened,meanwhile,the epidemic trend of new infectious diseases should be intimately concerned,and the strength of prevention and control should be improved.
