无缝隙健康教育在行内镜下肠息肉电切术患者中的应用

目的探讨无缝隙健康教育在行内镜下肠息肉电切术患者中的应用。方法将92例行内镜下肠息肉电切术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组采用传统健康教育模式;观察组采用无缝隙健康教育模式,以"无缝隙组织"理论为指导,以患者住院期间不同阶段的需求为导向,为患者提供主动、全面、连续的健康教育。结果观察组住院时间、患者询问次数、肠道并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.01),书面测试分值、健康教育达标率及对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对行内镜下肠息肉电切术患者实施无缝隙健康教育,可使患者在短时间内获得全面的、连续的疾病相关知识,从而采取健康的行为,促进了疾病的康复。

Application of seamless health education to the patients undergoing endoscopic intestinal polyposis electro-coagulation fulguration

Objective To explore the application of seamless health education to the patients undergoing endoscopic intestinal polyposis electro-coagulation fulguration.Methods 92 patients undergoing electro-coagulation were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=46) and control group(n=46).The patients in the observation group received active,overall and continuous seamless health education which instructed by "seamless organization" theory and directed by health education requirement in different period of hospitalization,while those in the control group received traditional health education.Results The length of stay,the inquire number of time and the occurrence rate of intestinal complication in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01),the written test score,the rate of reaching standard in health education and the satisfactory degree about nursing care was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusions After applying seamless health education,the patients undergoing endoscopic intestinal polyposis electro-coagulation fulguration acquire overall and continuous knowledge related to intestinal polyposis in short time,and adopt healthy behavior,thereby accelerating disease rehabilitation.
