摘 要: | 目的 了解保健病房病人对病房管理制度的认可情况,让护理工作更加贴近病人,同时更科学地管理病房.方法 采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对1所三级甲等医院保健病房住院的200例病人进行调查.结果 关注病人的感觉,制定符合病人利益,又有益于病人康复的切实可行的病房管理制度.结论 以人为本进行病房管理,是有效督促病房改进工作的一项重要手段,在病房管理中,作为具体管理执行者既要管理好病房日常工作,又要重视病人独特性,使病房管理要求与病人个体差异和谐共处,相得益彰.

Abstract: | Objective To understand the acceptance of the health-care ward patients on the management system,let nursing close to the patients,and more scientific management of wards.Methods 200 healthcare in-patients in a three-lvvel hospitals were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results The management system should concern about the patients'feeling,according to the patients'benefit,and benefit the patients'recovery.Conclusions The people-oriented management is an effective management to improve the work of the ward.The executive should manage the day-to-day work and attach importance to the specificity of every patient. |
