| 摘 要： | 为了提高医院床位使用率、盘活床位、合理使用床位，将全院床位集中管理、统一调配、优化流程、运用现代化信息化管理调控床位，从而提高了收容质量，使床位得到有效合理使用，平均住院天数从2004年的16．28天降至2011年的9．21天，在一定程度上缓解了住院难的问题。

| Abstract: | In order to increase the utilization rate of beds and employ them effectively, we take measures to realize beds centralized management. And the acceptance quality was improved in our hospital after we making unified allocation, optimizing process and informationize management of beds. The average days in hospital has decreased from 16.28 days in 2004 to 9.21 days by the year 2011, this undoubtedly relieves the problems of difficult hospitalized for patients in some degree. |
