| 摘 要： | 通过医院等级评审可以全方位提升医院的管理水平,使医院各个层面重视医院管理工作,患者的利益也能更大限度的得到保障。《三级综合医院评审标准（2011版）》共有19款对病案信息有直接要求的标准,条款的责任人是病案科、急诊科及各临床科室。日常统计学相关的指标大部分都来自于病案,医院评审对病案信息的依赖性很大,顺利通过评审病案科有关键的责任。建议设立医院统计上报平台,平台设在病案科。

| Abstract: | The management level of a hospital will be improved comprehensively through hospital accreditation,thus each department will attach importance to the management of hospital and also the interests of patients can be guaranteed. There are 19 items in "three-level general hospital accreditation standards(2011 Edition)" are related to the medical records information system and each item has its standards.The related persons in charge are departments of medical records,emergency and clinics.Most of the daily statistic data come from medical records information system,whether a hospital can go through the hospital accreditation or not is mainly rely on the support of medical records department.So,we suggest that hospitals should build up a report system based on medical records information system and it is better located in medical records department. |
