54例管道护理不良事件分析及对策

目的探讨住院病人管道护理不良事件发生的原因,为患者安全管理提供依据。方法对医院护理系统上报的54例管道护理不良事件资料进行分析。结果管道护理不良事件发生的主要原因是安全管理不到位、护患沟通不足、管道固定不牢;同时管道护理不良事件发生的高危时间段是中午和夜间。结论为确保患者安全,应不断完善护理安全相关工作流程,强化护理人员安全意识,加强对护士的培训,提高护理人员的专业水平,降低护理不良事件的发生。

Analysis and Relevant Countermeasures on 54 Hose Adverse Events of Nursing

Objective To analyze the reason why these hose adverse events of nursing happened in order to provide safe management evidence for inpatients.Method Analyze the 54 hose adverse events of nursing reported from nursing system.Results These adverse events happened because of poor safe management,poor nurse-patient communication and poor hose fastness.Most adverse events happened at noon or night.Conclusions To ensure the safety of patients,we should improve related nursing safety procedures continuously,strengthen the safety consciousness,and train the nurse to make them more professional for decreasing the incidence of adverse events.
