单纯切除及联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉83例疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法翼状胬肉83例(89眼),采用单纯翼状胬肉切除术及联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植两种方法治疗,比较两种术式的术后复发率。结果按Prabhasawat等提出的翼状胬肉术后疗效分级标准,单纯翼状胬肉切除组术32例(33眼),出现3级5例,4级即真性复发4例;自体角膜缘干细胞移植组51例(56眼),出现2例3级,没有出现4级。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植组术后复发率明显降低,方法简单易行,取自体角膜缘移植片方便,排斥反应小,是目前治疗翼状胬肉有效的方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of autologous limbus stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods 83 patients(89 eyes) were adopted simple pterygium excision and excision with autologous limbus stem cell transplantation respectively,then compared the recurrence rate after two different types of pterygium surgical procedures.Results According to the curative effect classification standard put forward by Pralhasawat etc,simple excision group 32 patients(33 eyes) appeared degree 3 in 5 patients and degree 4(real recurrence) in 4 patients.51 patients(56 eyes),appeared degree 3 in 2 patients and with no degree 4.Conclusions There are fewer recurrent cases in autologous limbus stem cell transplantation group,it is simpler and easier compared with other methods as well as minor rejection reaction,so it is one of the effective methods treating pterygium at present.
