院校合作培养卫生信息(病案)管理专业人才模式的研究

阐述我校3年来实施院(医院)校合作培养卫生信息(病案)管理专业人才模式的步骤和方法。通过院校结合不断改进课程体系和教学内容,已取得初步成效,增强了本专业学生理论与实践的有机结合,而且提高了学生社会竞争力和适应医院卫生信息(病案)管理岗位需求的能力。当然这种模式刚刚启动,还处于探索起步阶段,需进一步完善和充实。本文结合自己的教学实践,就如何进一步加强院校合作进行人才培养工作进行了探讨。

Research on the Cultivation Mode of Professionals of Health Information Management Based on the Hospital-college Cooperation

This article elaborated the cultivation mode of professionals of health information management based on the hospital-college combination in recent three years in Anhui Medical College. With the continuous reform of curriculum system and teaching contents by the cooperation between hos- pital and college, achievement has been made in that the students＇ abilities to combine theories with the practice. Besides, their competitive abilities in society are strengthened as well as their ability to meet the standard of the health information management. As the hospital-college cooperation mode is still on its road of exploring and it is necessary to enrich it. Combining with the practical teaching experience of oursdves, we conduct an investigation on how to strengthen the cultivation of talents under the hospital-college.
