| 摘 要： | 总结了1例静脉注射水银致急性汞中毒的护理经验。针对此例特殊原因引起急性汞中毒的病因,遵医嘱给予二巯基丙磺酸钠药物驱汞治疗,观察药物反应;指导患者正确留取尿标本;减轻疼痛,消除患者不愉快感受;防止并发症;同时做好心理护理和饮食指导。合理有效的护理是促进患者早日康复的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Clinical nursing experience was summarized by the treatment of one case of acute mercury poisoning caused by intravenous injection. Aimed at the special poisoning cause, doctors conducted the treatment of sodium dimercaptosulphonate and observed the drug reaction, guided the pa- tient to collect urine specimens, eliminated unhappy feeling, prevented complicalions, and gave the psychological nursing and diet instructions. Our opinion is that reasonable and effective nursing care is important to promote the recovery of such patients. |
