门诊肺结核患者健康教育的效果观察

目的探讨健康教育对提高门诊肺结核患者的应用效果。方法对2010年6月至2012年6月期间我院门诊收治的200例肺结核患者进行分组,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上进行长期系统健康教育,比较二组对肺结核知识方面的认识及症状缓解后两组患者在坚持用药、坚持良好作息规律及坚持复诊等方面的差异。结果经健康教育后,观察组对肺结核知识的认识方面明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者症状缓解后,在能够按医嘱坚持使用抗结核药物、坚持保证良好作息规律并适量参加运动以及坚持复诊方面,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在门诊肺结核患者的应用对治疗及愈后复诊起到了巨大作用。

Application Effect Observation of Health Education in Outpatients with Tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the application effect of the health education to the improvment of outpatients with tuberculosis. Methods 200 cases of clinic patients with tuberculosis were chosen in our hospital from June 2010 to June and divided into two groups： the control group for regular treatment and the observation group were given systematic long-term health education based on treatment. Then made a comparison on the differences between the two groups in following aspects： understanding of tuberculosis knowledge, insisting on medication, regular life and returning visit. Results After the treatment of tuberculosis in observing group, the understanding of the knowledge is much better than control group, with a statistically signif- icant difference of （ P 〈 0.05）. The observation group was higher than the control group in aspects of insisting to use the tuberculosis medicaments, en- suring good regular life and taking part in sports and applying to visiting, with a statistically significant difference of （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The application of health education in outpatients with tuberculosis can play an important role on the treatment and returning visiting.
