侧脑室引流在脑室出血患者中的应用及护理体会

目的探讨侧脑室引流术在脑室出血患者中的应用及护理体会。方法对我院2009年1月到2012年1月期间收治的进行侧脑室引流的72例脑出血患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,并总结术前、术中、术后护理体会。结果经过1个月的治疗及精心护理,其中痊愈17例、好转36例、无效3例、死亡16例,治愈好转率73.6%,本组患者无1例发生颅内感染。结论侧脑室引流术是治疗脑室出血较为安全有效的方法,而手术后的临床护理非常重要,对于提高手术疗效、减少并发症及降低死亡率具有重要意义。

Application and Nursing Experience of the Lateral Ventricle Drainage in Patients with Ventricular Hemorrhage

Objective To study the lateral ventricle drainage in patients with ventricular hemorrhage of the application of the method and nursing. Methods 72 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage of drainage in our hospital were selected during January 2009 to January 2012, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and nursing experience were summarized. Results After one month of treatment and care well, 36 cases of 17 cases recovered, invalid 3 cases （plants survival）, death in 16, cure the recovery 73.6%, this group of patients without one case of intracranial infection. Conclusions The lateral ventricle drainage intraventricular hemorrhage treatment had an obvious effect, and the nursing after the operation is very im- portant clinical care, it is of great significance to improve the curative effect, reduce complications and decrease mortality.
