| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨survivin在大肠癌中的表达及其与诊断、预后等方面的意义。方法:利用免疫组化技术检测60例大肠癌及相应癌旁正常黏膜组织石蜡切片中survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果:60例大肠癌组织中有39例survivim蛋白表达阳性(占65.0%),癌旁正常黏膜仅有6例阳性(占10%),其阳性率与癌组织分化程度无明显相关性(P>0.05),但与淋巴结转移和浸润深度有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:survivin蛋白在大肠癌组织中有较高的表达率,其表达与侵袭性和预后有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expression of surviving in colon carcinoma and its value for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.Methods: By immunohistochemistry technique,the expression of survivin in paraffin tissues sections of 60 cases of colon carcinoma and its corresponding side tissue were examined.Results: We found that surviving in tissues of 39 cases of colon carcinoma had positive expression(65.0%).But there were only 6 cases of its side tissues had positive expression of survivin(10%).The positive expression rate of survivin had no association with the level of histodifferentiation(P>0.05),but it had obviously association with lymph node cancerometastasis and infiltrate depth(P<0.05).Conclusion: Survivin has high positive expression rate in tissues of colon carcinoma.And its expression is related to infestation and prognosis. |
