| 摘 要： | 目的研究细胞免疫在尖锐湿疣（ＣＡ）发病机理中的作用及用胸腺肽治疗的效果。方法应用ＡＰＡＡＰ法检测３８例ＣＡ患者外周血Ｔ细胞亚群，并用胸腺肽治疗。结果ＣＡ患者ＣＤ８升高，ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８下降。治疗后３个月内未复发的２５例患者，Ｔ细胞恢复正常，而８例复发者，治疗前后Ｔ细胞亚群无明显变化。结论提示患者存在细胞免疫功能缺陷。胸腺肽治疗获得较好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of celluar immunity in pathogenesis of condyloma acuminata (CA) and the effect of thymus peptide therapy.Methods The T cell subpopulation in peripheral blood of thirty eight adult patients with CA were determined by APAAP.The patients were treated with thymus peptide.Results Decrease of CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 and increase of CD 8 were found in CA group as compared with the controls.In 25 patients,who had no relapse in 3 months after treatment,the T cell recovered to normal.There was no significantl change in 8 patients with relapse in 3 months after treatment.Conclusion These results revealed that cellular immunity was impatired in CA patients and suggested that CA patients treated with thymus peptide could get some better effects. |
