| 摘 要： | 目的 分析ＩＬ－８ｍＲＮＡ在正常健康人表皮及银屑病患者皮损中的表达。方法 用原位杂交（ＩＳＨ）的方法对ＩＬ－８ｍＲＮＡ在正常人表皮及寻常性银屑病不同时期，不同部位表皮的表达进行对照研究。结果 ＩＬ－８ｍＲＮＡ在大多数银屑病皮损标本的表皮层内有特异性杂交信号，而在非皮损区，正常皮肤及临床治愈的银屑病皮肤表皮层无特异性杂交信号。结论 纠正ＩＬ－８在银屑病表皮角质形成细胞中的表达紊乱，可能为该病的防治提

The in situ Expression of Interleukin-8 mRNA in Psoriatic Epidermal Keratinocytes. |

| Abstract: | Objective Our study is to analyze the expression of interleukin 8 mRNA in normal skin and psoriastic lesion.Methods The expression of IL 8 mRNA in the epidermis of various regions and different phases of psoriasis was comparatively studied with the normal skin biopsy by in situ hybridization.Results Specific hybridization signal of IL 8 mRNA could be found in most of the biopsies from psoriatic lesion,but it was negative in uninvolved skin,normal skin,and clinically cured epidermis.It had a significant difference of abnormal expression of IL 8 mRNA in the epidermis of the psoriatic lesions when compared with that of the normal skin.Conclusion If we could reverse the disordered expression of IL 8 mRNA in psoriasis,we may provide a new,effective therapy for the prevention and treatment of the diseaes. |
