高龄食管癌贲门癌患者手术的围术期处理

目的探讨高龄高危食管癌贲门癌患者的国术期处理。方法回顾性分析60例经手术治疗的高龄高危食管癌赍门癌患者的术前、术中废术后处理。结果全组59例治愈，住院死亡1例，发生并发症18例。结论积极、正确、有效的围术期处理，是减少高龄高危食管癌贯门癌患者术后并发症，提高手术成功率的重要环节。

PERIOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT OF HIGH-RISK ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH ESOPHAGEAL CANCER OR CAR-DIAC CANCER

Objective To discuss the experience of treatment for highrisk elderly patients with esophageal cancer or cardiac cancer in the perioperative period. Methods We had retrospectively studied 60 cases of high- risk elderly patients with esophageal cancer or cardiac cancer, all of whom had been performed surgical treatment. The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative treatment for these patients were also studied. Results All of the 60 cases were cured except 1 patient died in the hospital and 18 patients caught the complications. Conclusion Positively correct and effective preoperative management is the key method for the treatment of the high - risk elderly patients with esophageal cancer or cardiac cancer. We need grasp the key method so that we can reduce the complications and improve the success rate of surgery for the high- risk elderly patients with esophageal cancer or cardiac cancer.
