冬虫夏草中铁、锌、钙微波消解火焰原子吸收法测定

摘    要:目的:建立一种测定冬虫夏草中铁、锌、钙含量的新方法,方法:采用微波消解样品,用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)测定冬虫夏草中Fe,Zn,Ca的含量,并以茶叶标准物质为对照品。结果:Fe,Zn,Ca的线性范围分别为0-10.0mg/L、0-6.0mg/L、0-10.0mg/L,回收率均在97%-102%,对5.0mg/LFe,2.0mg/L Zn,6.0mg/L Ca分别测定5次,RSD分别为1.2%、0.8%、2.1%,检出限分别为0.0071mg/L、0.0056mg/L、0.0069mg/L,对茶叶标准物进行测定,测得值均在标准值范围之内,结论:本方法可用于冬虫夏草中Fe,Zn,Ca含量的测定,结果准确,简便。

Abstract:Aim:To develop a new method to determine the level of Fe.Zn and Ca in Cordyceps sinensis (Berk. )Sacc. Methods:The samples were digested by microwave. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the level of Fe, Zn and Ca in Cordyceps sinensis (Berk. ) Sacc, and tea standard matter was taken as control. Results; The linear ranges of Fe.Zn and Ca were 0-10.0 mg/L,0 -6.0 mg/L,0 - 10.0 mg/L, respectively; the recoveries were 97% - 102% (n = 5) ,the RSD was 1.2% ,0.8% and 2. 1% respectively,the limits of detection were 0.007 1 mg/L,0.005 6 mg/L and 0.006 9 mg/L. The detection of tea standard matter was in the range of standard levels. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate, rapid,and suitable for determination of Fe,Zn and Ca in Cordyceps sinensis (Berk. )Sacc.
