| 摘 要： | 医疗同意书是指在医疗过程中,医院对病人实施某种可能危险的医疗行为时,由病人和医生签字的同意书.但在实践中,对其法律性质在病人和医生中存在歧义.作者试对这一医疗文书做法律上的分析,指出同意书在法律上的性质.
