工作场所空气中乙醇的测定方法研究

摘    要:目的探索采用溶剂解析气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中的乙醇。方法工作场所空气中的乙醇采用硅胶管采样,用蒸馏水解析后进样,经4mm×2mGDX-103不锈钢填充柱分离,用FDI检测器,以保留时间定性,以峰面积定量,按照《工作场所空气中毒物检验方法的研究规范》的要求进行实验室及现场实验,测定职业场所空气中乙醇。结果职业场所空气中的乙醇浓度的方法的线性范围为13.0~6182.0μg/ml,方法的不同浓度的相对标准偏差为1.2%~4.4%。线性回归良好,相关系数r=0.9999,可以准确定量。硅胶管的解析率为93.08%~106.08%。结论该方法重现性好,检出限低,样品中共存的甲醇、正丁醇、异戊醇不干扰测定,与共存物分离良好。在实际工作中获得良好的应用。

Abstract:Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for determination of ethanol in workplace air.Methods Ethanol in the air was collected with silicone tube,desorbed with distilled water,separated with GDX103 4mm × 2m stainless Steel packed column,and detected with flame ionization detector.Results The penetrant capacity of silicone tube was 8 mg,the desorption efficiency was between 93.08% and 106.08%.The linear range of the method was from 13.0 to 6182.0μg /ml,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the relative standard deviation(RSD) varied from 1.2% to 4.4%,and the detection limit was 1.7mg /m3.Conclusion This method is feasible for the determination of ethanol in the workplace air.
