| 摘 要： | 目的：评价玻璃离子水门汀和复合树脂联合修复楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法：对90例540个楔状缺损牙分别用玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂和二者联合应用修复，观察1—2年的修复效果。结果：玻璃离子水门汀修复楔状缺损2年成功率高于复合树脂修复(P＜0．05)，二者联合应用1年及2年成功率均高于二者单独应用的成功率(P＜0．05)。结论：玻璃离子水门汀和复合树脂联合应用是修复楔状缺损较好的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective TO evaluate clinical effect on wedge-shaped defect with Dyract and Spectrum restoration. Method 540 teeth from 90 patients were restored by Spectrum, Dyract and the combination of Spectrum and Dyract, receiving one and two year follow-up. Result 2 year successful rate in Spectrum group is significantly higher than that in Dyract group. 1 and 2 year successful rate in the combination of Spectrum and Dyract are significantly higher than that in Spectrum group and Dyract group respectively. Conclusion The combination of Spectrum and Dyract is good method to restore the wedge-shaped defect. |
