| 摘 要： | 目的··:了解腹侧苍白球在药物强化中的作用。方法··:毁损依赖大鼠腹侧苍白球 ,利用条件性位置偏爱实验测定术前、术后依赖大鼠对注射吗啡侧的偏爱程度 ,评价腹侧苍白球在药物强化效应程度中的作用。结果··:依赖实验组大鼠术前在A侧停留的平均时间为806.5s±s27.4s ;术后在A侧停留的平均时间为594.7s±s30.2s ,依赖对照组A侧停留的平均时间为784.3s±s20.6s ,毁损腹侧苍白球明显减少依赖大鼠的位置偏爱行为。结论··:腹侧苍白球是调节强化作用的重要部位 ,伏隔核—腹侧苍白球通路是药物刺激和强化的共同通路

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the role of ventral pallidum in morphine reinforcing effect on rats. Method: Electrical lesions of ventral pallidum were done in 12 morphine dependent rats and the drug seeking behavior was measured by conditioned place preference paradigm. Result: Rats with ventral pallidum lesions significantly decreased the time staying in the place of morphine-paired environment. Conclusion: Ventral pallidum is an important site mediating the reinforcing effects of morphine and the nucleus accumbens-ventral pallidum pathway is a common pathway for both stimulating and reinforcing effects of opiate. |
