来曲唑用于多囊卵巢综合征促排卵治疗的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨来曲唑(LE)在促排卵过程中的功效。方法:选择多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者100例随机分为两组。A组50例口服LE,B组50例口服氯米芬(CC),分别监测hCG注射日子宫内膜的厚度、形态、血清雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)水平,分别统计排卵率及妊娠率。结果:与CC组比较,血清中hCG注射日LE组E2水平较低(P<0.05),子宫内膜较厚(P<0.05),但直径>17mm卵泡数目无明显不同(P>0.05),临床妊娠率也无明显不同(P>0.05)。结论:LE用于PCOS促排卵治疗可以减少CC抗雌激素样作用对子宫内膜的不良影响,使子宫内膜有较好的容受性,利于妊娠。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of the Letrozole(LE)in ovulation induction.Methods:100 cases of women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)were divided into two groups(50 cases each).Group a took LE,and Group b took Clomiphere Citrate(CC).The endometrial thickness and pattern,and the level of estradiol(E2)and progestin(P)were monitored while the day of hCG injection,and the pregnancy rates of both groups were measured.Results:The E2 level of Group a were significantly lower than thaht of Group b,and the endometrial thickness of Group a were higher than that of Group b.However,the number of follicle that diameter was >17mm showed no difference,and the pregnancy rates appeared no difference,either.Conclusion:It is apparently that LE can reduce side-effect of anti-ertrogen produced by CC in ovulation induction in PCOS patients,and improve the endometrial acceptability,which can increase pregnancy rates.
