血清同型半胱氨酸检测在2型糖尿病肾损害中的意义

目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者血清中同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平在2型糖尿病肾病中的意义。方法：将108例2型糖尿病患者根据尿清蛋白排泄率（UAER）和血肌酐水平分为单纯性糖尿病组、早期糖尿病肾病组、临床糖尿病肾病组和糖尿病肾衰组，以50例健康者作为对照，采用循环酶法测定血清中Hcy的含量。结果：健康对照组、单纯糖尿病组、早期糖尿病肾病组、临床糖尿病肾病组和糖尿病肾衰组血清Hcy水平分别为7．85±1．86umol／L、8．04±2．13umol／L、13．54±2．68umol／L、18．20±3．56umol／L和25．53±6．89umol／L。单纯糖尿病组血清Hcy水平与健康对照组无显著性差异（P〉0．05），糖尿病合并肾病患者血清Hcy水平均显著高于单纯糖尿病组和健康对照组（P〈0．05），且随着肾脏损伤程度的加重而显著增加（P〈0．05）。结论：高Hcy血症与糖尿病肾病的危险因素。糖尿病患者血清Hcy水平可反映肾功能损伤，并对糖尿病肾病的严重程度有提示作用。

On Significance of Serum Hcy Detection in Type--2 Diabetes Nephropathy

Objective： To explore the significance of Hey level of type-2 diabetes patients in type-2 diabetes nephropathy. Methods： 108 cases of type-2 diabetes patients were divided into simple diabetes group, early-period diabetes nephropathy group, clinical diabetes nephropathy group and diabetes nephropathy failure group. There were 50 cases of healthy people as the control group. Detect the Hcy level in serum. Results： The Hcy levels of the control group, simple diabetes group, early-period diabetes nephropathy group, clinical diabetes nephropathy group and diabetes nephropathy failure group were 7. 85±1.86 umol/L, 8.04±2.13 umol/L, 13.54±2.68 umol/L, 18. 20±3.56 umol/L and 25.53±6.89 umol/L. There was no significant difference in Hcy level of the simple diabetes group and the control group （P〉0.05） ; the Hcy level of the diabetes nephropathy group was significantly higher than the simple diabetes group and the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The level of Hcy in serum can reflect the damage of kidney function and the degree of seriousness of diabetes nephropathy.
