| 摘 要： | 目的探讨引起儿童药源性血尿的药物分布及一般规律。方法通过中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）对1999～2009年国内医药期刊报道的药源性肾损害病例进行统计分析。结果305例儿童药源性血尿不良反应涉及23种药物,其中以抗微生物药物（204例）、非甾体类解热镇痛药（90例）为主。结论临床工作者应掌握引起儿童药源性血尿的药物分布特点及一般规律,确保临床安全、合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate disposition and general rule about the drugs which can result in drug-induced hematuria in children.Methods The documents about the drug-induced hematuria in children on internal medicine periodical from 1999 to 2009 by applying CNKI were statistically analyzed.Results 305 cases of drug-induced hematuria involves in 23 kinds of drugs.Among the total,most of the drugs were antimicrobial drugs（204cases） and NSAIDS（90cases）.Conclusion Clinical worker should handle the disposition and general rule about the drug-induced hematuria in children,inorder to safely apply medicine. |
