| 摘 要： | 对广西壮、汉、仫佬、侗、瑤族女性生理骨盆250例进行研究,每例均测量菱形区的横径与竖径,并由骨盆入门像测出坐骨棘间径、侧位像测出骶骨长度。各测量数值经统计学处理,表明菱形区横径与坐骨棘间径之间、菱形区竖径与骶骨长度之间均呈显著正相关,相关系数r值有显著意义,并由回归方程计算出各组数值的换算值,供临床参考应用。

| Abstract: | We investigated 250 adult normal female pelvis of five national minorities(Zhuang,Han,Mulao,Dong and Yao).The transverse diameter and the vertical diameter of Michaelis area were examined in each case,and the transveres diameter of the mid-pelvis and the length of the sacrum were examined from the radiographs,All data were analysed by statistical processing. The results of the study showed that between the transverse diameter of the michaelis area and the transverse diameter of the mid-pelvis,and between the vertical diameter of the michaelis area and the length of the sacrum,the corelation coefficient(r)was significant.We also developed a conversion table of each regression for clinical reference. |
