肺炎支原体肺炎T淋巴细胞亚群观察

目的：对肺炎支原体肺炎Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群进行观察。方法：以单克隆抗体直接细胞花环法，测定了４２例ＭＰＰ病儿急性期，恢复期外周血Ｔ淋细胞亚群变化，并与正常儿童配对比较。结果：ＭＰＰ急性期ＣＤ４，ＣＤ８／ＣＤ８降低，ＣＤ８升高与正常对照组差异显著（Ｐ〈０．０１），恢复期与正常组比较仍有明显差别（Ｐ〈０．０１），急性期与恢复期比较ＣＤ４，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８的升高，ＣＤ８的下降有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），结论：

AN OBSERVATION OF THE SUBGROUPS OF T-LYMPHOCYTES IN MYCOPLASMAL PNEUMONIA PATIENTS

Objective:Observation of the subgroups of T-lymphocyte in mycoplasmal preumonia patients(MPP).Methods:Using direct rosettes formation with monoclone antifodies the subgroups changes of the peripheral T-lymphocytes in 42 cases of mycoplasmal pneumonia patients during the acute and convalescent stages and compared with that of the normal matched control.Results:The subgroups CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 ratio decreased and CD 8 increased during acute stage,which is significantly different compared to that of the control ( P <0 01)while that in the convalescent stage there is still marked difference ( P <0.05);A comparison between the acute and the convalescent stages there was an increase of CD 4 and CD 4/CD 8 ratio together with CD 8 decrease,Which also showed marked difference( P <0 05)Concluslon:This suggests that the network balance of T-Lymphocyte has been damaged in the acute stage,showing a slow recovery.The reason for this is probably due to the long course of the disease and there might be an active effect if immune regulators were used
