盆炎消凝胶中丹参、金银花的提取工艺

目的　探讨盆炎消凝胶处方中合并提取丹参和金银花的最佳条件。方法　采用正交设计,以丹参酮ⅡA和绿原酸为指标,优选醇提工艺。结果　乙醇浓度和提取时间都显著影响有效成分的提取率,最佳工艺条件为:80 %乙醇,6倍量,提取 2次,每次 1h。结论　通过正交设计实验优选的提取工艺条件稳定、可行。

The technique for extracting of Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Flos Lonicerae in Penyanxiao Gel

Objective To investigate a reasonable producting technique for extra cting of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Flos Lonicerae.Methods Regarding Tanshinone ⅡA and Chlorogenic acid as in dex,we made an orthogonal test on technique of the alcohol-extraction.Results The concentration of alcohol a nd time have a highly remarkable influence on the extracting ratio of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Flos Lonicerae.Th e best extraction technology is as following: 80% alcohol,the volume of 6 folds of medicinal materials,refluxing and extrac ting for 2 times,and 1 hour for every turn.Conlusion The optimized process is feasible for the extraction.
