复方白术对实验性局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用

目的 观察复方白术颗粒对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法 热凝阻断法制成大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型，观察药物对其神经症状、脑电图、脑含水量、脑组织形态学和ＬＰＯ的影响。结果 用药组可以显著减轻缺血性脑卒中动物的神经症状，改善阻断侧额顶区脑电图波幅降低和频率减慢，减轻脑水肿，改善缺血区和病理组织学改变及降低ＬＰＯ含量。结论 复方白术颗粒对大鼠缺血性脑损伤有保护作用。

The protective effects of compound Rhizoma atratylodis macrocephalae granule on experimental cerebral local ischemic damage in rats

Objective　To observe protective effects of co mpound Rhizoma artatylodismacrocephalae granule on cerebral local ischemic dama ge in rats. Methods　The model ofrat cerebral local ischemia wa s established by heat coagulation occluding unilaterlamiddle cerebral artery. T he animal neurological sings,electroencephalogram,the watercontent morphology a nd LPO in brain tissues was observd. Results　Treating gro up c ouldbe lessened animal neurologic signs and brain edema induced by cerebral isc hemia. It wasimproved that the brain wave in the frontoparietal area of the occ lusive area werereduced,and frequencey retarded. It was improved that pathology and histology of cerebralischemia area was changed and the LPO was reduced.  Conclusion　Compoud rhizomaatratylodis marrocephalae granule can protect from cerebral ischemic damage in rats.
