老年性尿路感染菌群检测及药敏分析

摘    要:目的 探讨引起老年尿路感染的菌群并进行药敏分析。方法 回顾整理1997年~2001年10月间青岛湛山地区老年尿路感染患者中段尿培养及药敏试验资料。结果 分离出的186株病菌,革兰氏阴性杆菌占76.88%,细菌与支原体混合感染占57.68%。同时发现常见菌对青霉素药物、头孢菌素类药耐药严重。结论 应加强老年尿路感染的检测,并根据药敏试验选用有效、针对性强的抗生素,以减少耐药菌株的产生及菌群失调出现。

Abstract:Objective To discuss bacterial strain group,which lead to senile urinary tract infection and do drug sensitive analyze. Methods Studied all the midstream culture of urine and drug sensitive test documents of senile urinary tract infection patients in Zhanshan District,Qingdao,from Oct. ,1999 to Oct. ,2001. Results Separated 186 bacterial strains,76. 88% are Gramnegativebacilli, 8. 60% are Gram-positive bacteria,and 13. 98% are yeast fungus. There is a tendency of polyinfection of bacteria and mycoplasmas, and familiar bacteria have strong drug fastness to penicillin and cephalosporin. Conclusion To strengthen the analysis of senile urinary tract infection,basis on the drug sensitive test to choose effective and pertinence antibiotic,in order to reduce drug-resistant strains and imbalansis of bacterial groups.
