偏瘫患者肩痛的多因素分析

本文对71例偏瘫患者发生肩痛送行了回顾性分析，旨在了解中风肩痛的发生率以及肩痛的相关因素，结果显示偏瘫患者中肩痛的发生率达49．3％，多元回归分析表明：肌腱粘连、肌张力异常、肩手综合征与肩痛显著相关（P值分别为0．001，0．001，0．004），为了减轻肩痛的发生率，中风后努力改善异常肌张力，预防肌胜粘连等措施是至关重要的。

The Multifactorial Analysis of Sboulder pain in patients with Hemiplegia

This paper investigated 71patients with hemiplegia and carried out retrospective analysis fo their shoulder pain. The objective was to study incidence of shoulder pain after stroke and its relative factors. The results showed that incidence of shoulder pain is 49. 3%. Multifactorial regression analysis revealed that there is a marked correlation between shoulder pain and tendon adhension, Shoulder - hand syndrome,abnormal muscle tone (P =0.001, 0.004,respectively). Authors suggest that it's paramount inportance to improve abnormal muscle tone and to prevent tendonadhension in order to reducing shoulder pain after stroke.
