健康信念模式在高血脂症体检者微信健康教育中的应用

目的探讨健康信念模式(health belief mode,HBM)在高脂血症(hyperlipoproteinemia,HLP)体检者微信健康教育中的应用方法及效果。方法采用目的抽样法选择2015年1-3月在第二军医大学长征医院体检中心体检的HLP的体检者共120例,根据体检日期先后顺序分成对照组与观察组各60例。对照组体检者给予常规健康教育,观察组以HBM理论为主导,实施微信健康教育。比较健康教育实施3个月、6个月、1年后两组体检者的HBM得分、HLP相关指标的监测情况。结果健康教育实施3个月、6个月及1年后,观察组体检者的HBM得分均优于对照组体检者(均P0.01);健康教育实施6个月后,观察组体检者的血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)水平低于对照组体检者(P0.01);1年后,观察组体检者的血清TC、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)水平均低于对照组体检者,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论应用HBM对HBL体检者进行微信健康教育,有利于促进体检者健康行为的改变,有效控制血脂水平。

Application of Health Belief Mode on WeChat Health Education for Patients with Hyperlipidemiain Physical Examination

Obj ective To discuss the application effect of health belief mode (HBM)on Wechat health education for patients with hyperlipidemia (HLP)in physical examination.Methods By purposive sampling,120 cases were selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional education,while the observation group was applied with WeChat education based on HBM theory.The HBM score and HLP indicators of two groups in three months,six months and one year after the implementation of health education were compared.Results After the implementation of health education,the HBM score in observation group was higher than that of control group in three months,six months and one year(all P<0.01).After 6 months,the total cholesterol (TC)in observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.01).After one year,the serum TC and triacylglycerol (TG)in observation group were lower than that of control group (all P<0.01).Conclusions The application of HBM and HBL on WeChat health education can promote the health behavioural change in patients,and also effective in controlling the serum level.
