肺炎护理质量评价指标体系的研究

目的建立肺炎护理质量评价指标。方法 2015年6月,通过查阅文献资料、半结构式访谈、问卷调查及专家访谈等方式,以Donabedian的"三维质量结构"为理论框架,识别影响肺炎护理质量的因素,初步形成肺炎护理质量评价指标体系。采用德尔菲法咨询护理专家15名,对评价指标进行论证,确立肺炎护理质量评价指标体系。结果最终形成涵盖结构质量、过程质量、结果质量等3个领域的指标体系,包括一级指标3项、二级指标14项、三级指标63项,并对每个项目赋予权重。结论专家意见的集中程度和对指标评价结果的一致程度均较高,得出的肺炎护理质量评价指标可信度较高,可用来评价肺炎护理质量,值得推广。

Study on the Evaluation Index System of the Nursing Quality of Pneumonia

Objective To establish theevaluation index system of the nursing quality of pneumonia. Methods Through the literature review,semi-structured interviews,questionnaire studies and expert consultations,the influence factors of pneumonia nursing quality were identified according to the Donabedian frame work and the preliminary evaluation index system of the nursing quality of pneumonia were established. The system was confirmed by consulting 1 5 experts with Delphi method,the evaluation index system of the nursing quality of pneumonia was established.Results The final version covered structure quality,process quality and outcome quality domain including three first grade indicators,14 second grade indicators, 6 3 thirdgrade indicators,and the weight of each indicator was calculated.Conclusions The convergence of inquiry answers from the expertsis highly accordant to the index evaluation results,and the results indicate the good credibility of the evaluation index system of the nursing qualityof pneumonia,which can be used to evaluate the nursing quality of pneumonia and it is worth of clinical application.
