循证护理在神经外科重症患者气管切开术后呼吸道护理中的应用

目的探讨循证护理在神经外科重症患者气管切开术后呼吸道护理中的应用效果。方法便利选取2014年3月至2015年4月东阳市人民医院神经外科行气管切开术后的重症患者86例,根据住院时间分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统方法实行气管切开术后护理,观察组采用循证护理模式,比较两组患者的呼吸道并发症发生情况、通气效果及护理满意度。结果观察组患者气管套管痰液阻塞、气管黏膜损伤及肺部感染的发生率均低于对照组,氧分压高于对照组,二氧化碳分压及碱剩余低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论循证护理在神经外科气管切开术后患者呼吸道护理中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Airway Nursing of Severe Patients Underwent Tracheotomy in Neurosurgery Department

Objective To investigate application effect of evidence-based nursing in airway nursing of severe patients underwent tracheotomy in neurosurgery department.Methods By convenience sampling,86 cases were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group was applied with evidence-based nursing pattern.The incidence of airway complications,ventilate effect and nursing satisfaction level were compared.Results The incidence rates of sputum tube blocks,damage the tracheal mucosa and pulmonary infection in observation group was lower than that of control group,while the oxygen partial pressure was higher than control group,and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide and base excess were lower than control group;the satisfaction level was higher than that of control group (all P<0.01).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing has great application effect in airway nursing of severe patients underwent tracheotomy in neuro-surgery department,and with practical application value.
