运动疗法对周围神经病变干预效果的Meta分析

目的通过Meta分析探讨运动疗法在周围神经病变中的应用效果。方法检索中外数据库,按照纳入与排除标准筛选周围神经病变患者进行运动疗法的随机对照试验研究,提取资料并评价文献的研究质量。采用RevMan 5.3软件完成Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇随机对照试验,包括414例患者。Meta分析结果证实,运动疗法能够降低PN的发生率(Z=3.19,P0.05),缩短患者"起立-行走"计时试验的时长(Z=2.73,P0.05),提高神经传导速率(Z=9.54,P0.01),延长患者的单腿站立时长(Z=6.24,P0.01),使患者Berg平衡量表(Z=2.60,P0.05)以及FRT得分增加(Z=3.27,P0.05)。结论运动疗法对于周围神经病变的预防及缓解是安全有效的,建议临床推广使用。

Meta-analysis of Exercise Intervention in Patients with Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To use Meta-analysis to discuss the application effect of exercise intervention in pa-tients with peripheral neuropathy(PN).Methods Databases were searched,and the randomized controlled trials (RCTs)about exercise intervention in patients with PN were retrieved,and the qualified studies were evaluated.RevMan 5.3 was used for Meta-analysis.Results Eight RCTs involving 414 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that exercise intervention in the patients with PN can reduce the incidence of PN(Z =3.1 9,P <0.05),shorten the time of up and go(Z =2.73,P <0.05),increase nerve conduction ve-locity(Z =9.54,P <0.01),prolong one leg stance time(Z =6.24,P <0.01),and increase the scores of Berg balance scale (Z =2.60,P <0.05)and functional reach test (FRT)(Z =3.27,P <0.05).Conclusions The application of exercise intervention is effective in prevention and relieving the symptom of PN,which is worth for clinical promotion.
